Getting Started
You submit your requirements through our contact form: the accounting tasks you need help with, your preferred tools, and your business details. Our team reviews your submission and handpicks the best-fit Virtual Professional from our pre-screened network. Most clients are matched within 3–5 business days.
Most clients receive their match within 3–5 business days of submitting their requirements. Complex or specialized requests may take slightly longer.
Yes. We facilitate an introduction call so you can meet your VP, ask questions, and confirm the fit before officially starting the engagement.
Our VPs
Every VP in our network goes through a multi-stage vetting process: credentials and certifications are verified, technical skills are tested, and backgrounds are checked. Only professionals who meet our quality bar are placed with clients.

Fixed Plans (Essential, Plus, Premier, Premier Plus) are pre-packaged service tiers designed for common use cases. The Freedom Formula is fully customizable: you choose the roles, hours, and scope that fit your business. Both options include pre-screened VPs.

Working with a VP
We offer a replacement guarantee. If your VP isn't the right fit, tell us and we'll find you a better match at no additional cost.
You work with your VP using your existing communication tools: email, Slack, Teams, Zoom, or any platform you prefer. We don't impose a specific workflow.
Yes. As your business grows, you can add more VPs, upgrade your plan, or transition to the Freedom Formula for a fully custom team setup.
